About NocNOC

Nocturnal System Administration Conducted by LPIC Certified Engineers

The engineers on our team provide nighttime network monitoring, troubleshooting, and remediation. The nocturnal characteristic of NocNOC.help is that we guarantee to provide reliable services during the latest hours of the night and the earliest hours of the morning.

Our network operating center is geographically advantaged in a way that ensures our services are more reliable than the competition. Hawaii has a 5 to 6 hour difference in time than the east coast of the continental United States. This enables our engineers to monitor networks on the east coast at 3 a.m. local time while it is 9  p.m. in Hilo.

Many companies within our industry misleadingly advertise 24×7 services. Instead they often disappoint customers by providing an employee that may be on call, but is unavailable or has fallen asleep. NocNOC.help provides a network operating center specialized in conducting reliable system administration during nocturnal hours.

Our Vision

The Declaration of a Possibility

Hilo, Hawaii is considered a HUBZone.

A HUBZone is a program for small companies that operate and employ people in Historically Underutilized Business Zones.

One of the main reasons why our network operations center is located in Hilo, is due to the area’s HUBZone classification. NocNOC.help provides locals with a rare opportunity to practice computer science on their home island. Due to the lack of a technology industry in the area, computer science graduates from local universities are forced to find jobs outside of Hilo. NocNOC.help has identified this problem and has declared it possible for our nocturnal network operating center in Hilo to provide qualified graduates access to a computer science industry within their hometown.
